Have a Eureka Power Plus 12.0 Amps Model 4702 Type A 120 volts and 60 HZ that there is something wrong that it isn't picking up right and you can actually feel the air coming out of it near where the bagless canister attaches. My thoughts are that a seal is missing around where the hole lines up when the cannister is locked in. This Vac was my Mom's and she passed away and I think a part went missing maybe when it was taken apart to clean the filter and empty the canister. Download neurosolutions software.
